It is the farthest plant from the fan but not by much. I'll see if I can move the fan to give that pepper plant a little more breeze.

i was going to suggest it could be compounded by to too much wind

here is my take on this problem from my reading

cal/mag def are very usual when growing with LED
because LED dont project as much heat onto the plant it doesnt transpire as much so it doesn't drink as much
when you add too much wind into that equation the leaves evaporate and crisp up real quick
also pepper plants are super prone to mag def

so this can happen with def of cal or mag or both or lights too close or fan too agressive or combo of all

this is just what i have concluded on my searching of the web and i am a total noob as well so just for your consideration/take it with a grain of salt etc

scotty has been a major help and very supportive with my issues as you can see in my system thread

good luck

i diagnosed mine based on the bubly leaves in the lettuce- textbook cal def\\

Heat stress or transplant shock could be to blame, but it could also be Curly Top Virus/Disease from stock infected at the nursery or greenhouse, which can be common in peppers in humid and moist environments.

Read this: http://www.ipm.ucdavis.edu/PMG/r604100811.html

Either way, you should probably remove and destroy the plant. It's not going to be productive like that and there isn't much you can do if it continues like that and it's evident it's not just transplant shock.

Good luck!

Looks like it might be tobacco mosaic virus. If in doubt, rip it out. In the dirt we stopped it with neem oil and another non fda approved product. Not sure how the neem would effect the gb and the fish
