Hi all

This is my first system. Today I just cut up 2 IBC's and planning to get a 3rd tomorrow. My system design plan is as follows:

3 growbeds (4'x4'x1' each, created by cutting top 12 inches off each IBC)
2 sump tanks connected via bridge siphon (sized to hold volume of 4-5 growbeds, from bottom of 2 IBCs)
1 fish tank (~200 gallons, from bottom of 3rd IBC)

The IBCs had agave syrup in them, I hosed them out pretty good, but just noticed that they are still a bit sticky inside. I sure hope any residual agave syrup will not negatively affect the system.

Hi neighbor. Let some water stand in them for a couple days and any sugars should dissolve.
