My temps are also below 20c, but i still have a dozen trout from last year, so no new trout for me.

Dont know how you can stick with just a dozen - enough is never enough! They must be a good size by now - i still have 1 from last year, he was 1 of the smallest, now about 35cms.

just been offered some silver perch for a buck a piece. looks like i wont be going in on the nambia buy. i guess when your buying upwards of 300 some places give you better treatment than others :)

Just got my new order of Trout from Tooperang trout farm. really good size would be 10 to 12 cm on average. If anyone is requiring any please call bill and Dorothy on 0885569048, really great price for a great size fish, 35 dollars for 50 fish that will make the 30 cm mark is a great deal in anyones book

There are 3 odd troutses in my batch - 2 with no top to their jaw (had 1 last season named 'mongy' - see my system thread for a pic); and 1 has developed a 'kink' - think it may have injured itself against the ibc wall, because it is a decent size, but can no longer get to food - the odd thing about this fish is it has a dark left flank, and a light right flank, with a very distinct dorsal line separating the 2 shades
