@Anyone - How do you prepare your bitter gourd? What is your favorite recipe??

One of my favorite and common methods for bitter gourd.

They grow well in AP in Melbourne. Unfortunately, I placed my seeds out on a tree stump to dry them and to remove the gelatinous coating. Doves found them and ate the lot so now have none for next season.

Got some seeds from neighbour and had a bumper crop this year. Vines just starting to die back now as winter temps drop and last smallish melons turning yellow (will probably compost them) and plenty of seeds stored for next year.

I had a bumper crop last year, I made the mistake of running excess vines from the grow bed out over the fish tank and had problems with dead leaves falling into the fish tank.

I even one bitter melon drop into the tank so I'll run the extra vines somewhere else this year.
