First time ever grown...still deciding if I like it or not. The issue is it is starting to bloom. Should I harvest all leaves? Continue to take off older leaves and eat, or Pull the whole plant and start something else in their place?
Sorry, just arugula ignorant. :D

When aurugla ( Salad Rocket in AU ) starts bolting it can get very bitter, it usually bolts due to the temperature ( media :dontknow: ) being high.

I would let it seed, harvest the seeds and plant underneath another plant or plants to provide shade and keep the temps down, it will still grow well and should last longer. They do not cross pollinate and always grow true to type.

Staggering the sowing of seed is a good idea too; plant out every 2 weeks or so and you should have a steady harvest.

Removing the buds also helps prolong the production of the good leaves before they go bitter.

Unfortunately rocket is a fast bolter and this sometimes cannot be avoided other than sowing staggered crops, there are slow bolt varieties but I have not tried these.
