:laughing3: It probably wouldn't surprise anyone that if I could use car parts in the AP system that I would.
I even pondered using an old electric sunroof that I had lying around as a lid for my FT. Until I decided that it was ridiculous, humidity would ruin it and that I was too lazy to bother with a 12V power supply just to run a lid.
So you may have been joking FloridaFishin but you were surprisingly close to some thought's I've had in the past!

Bodgy,

I left it so you could take it either way. Because of the convex shape of the windscreen. If a proper frame and seal could be made around it. And you put the arc toward the inside of the tank. It would hold. The water would basically be trying to push the arch in the glass flat. Plus we have all seen where they have purposely filled a car full of water through the sunroof. The windshield always holds. I can see the mad scientist mind working

Bodgy,

Now that's scrapyard at its finest! Clear fish safe paint over the entire interior and your golden. Plus you can push it outside a café, and have a real attraction.

Bodgy,

:funny1: If Martin likes it it's too tame. Try this one on for size. Pull a rolling garden trailer behind it.
