thanks everyone! I appreciate your good wishes. I had a lovely day, H and the kids gave me an iPod nano so I've been playing with it most of the day.

The fish are doing well and seem to be growing and the plants have taken off. I'll put some more photos in soon. The local permaculture group have asked to come over to look at the system. They want to install a system at their gardens. Aquaponics seems to be becoming quite popular around here. Good eh?

BTW Rupert, the only one I'll be having for you is a cuppa. LOL! I'll be 60 next year so the amber liquid that passes my lips nowadays is usually tea.
