Wasn't spectacular but it insulted my heritage so I had the chance to get all self righteous and insulting in Gaelic. Doesn't happen too often.
I usually try to behave on this forum (feeling a tiny bit embarrassed at my choice of words now ) but the whole thing had gotten pretty exasperating by the end.
Not the first person I've encountered who confuses 'taking a backward step' as a sign of weakness.

I often talk about my family being economic refugees and that we came here on a boat and when we arrived we didn't speak a word of english.

That was in 1838 when we were forced off the Island of Mull like many other highlanders and arrived in South Australia with not a word of English between us.

I love it when the person I'm trolling gets blamed for said trolling
