Launched full breakfast menu last week, so have been busy! Also got website up (it's only a cheapie but I am happy with it, and I can change it myself which is important as business grows) last week. Websites are complicated to get on Google, who would have thought!

Got some Grow Grips coming this week, which is sweet, plus 25 advanced Silver Perch (15-20cm). Left DWC tanks uncovered for to long, so now have way to much algae build up, which will require cleaning :( , but such is my due for not pulling finger out! Anyway, some pics!

Above pics are general growth in GB's, remembering I constantly harvest all of my greens to put with dishes (haven't had to buy any greens apart from spinach with breakfast menu). So everytime it starts to fill up, I harvest! That's main reason for DWC addition, I want to plant perennials in GB's, as continual harvesting is leaving gravel unshaded, and I am thinking this is partly responsible for any heat I have in water. Remembering I haven't found a "pretty" way to shade yet haha

Would you like some basil and Jade Perch with that latte sir?

Above is DWC tank with "floating rafts". AP budget is creeping up, so recycled here. Smaller rafts mean I can move them around and show people easily as well. Need to cut holes but my hole saw set is missing :/

Where the water comes in on all GB's I've used old pots and cups and saucers as a hidden design feature, which I thought was cool!

Experiment of growing from seed in coarse sand, as I copied off the Brigalow Farm guys, using their product may as well have a crack!

Can you explain that one Bcasey, or link to Robs information. I can't seem to find anything. Cheers.
