Thanks for the heads up on the new website.

I understand that a number of key people were unable to attend the State of California Aquaculture Development Committee meeting last week, so the aquaponics regulation issue was tabled to next meeting, which I think will be in a few months.

I believe California already has a law that anyone raising fish to be sold for human consumption needs to have an aquaculture license. We already have enough laws driving businesses out of this state we don't need to push out up and coming GREEN businesses. I think any regulations should target large commercial producers but again they fall under aquaculture laws that are already inplace. Its rediculous to force someone with a small 200 gallon fishtank to obtain a permit as that system obviously will not produce enough to be sold to the public.

Any info on when the rescheduled meeting will be held?
