That's how long the Tilapia take.
I just did a quick internet search, there is no hatchery close by where I can get trout.

Very little effort required to keep the temperature good for Trout vs a lot of effort keeping it warm enough for Tilapia, what is their safe temperature range? Only one long trip required to get Trout, I know which I'd be doing! I drove 600km round trip to get mine last year, Pequest looks closer than that for you.

I was looking at Pequest on line. I did not see retail or wholesale operation. I sent them an email requesting info. In a few days I should know.

I found a place in Utah that sells fresh germinated eggs for $35.00/1000. I'm studying up or how to get them to hatch.

I found a hatchery in upstate New York, a 7 hour drive one way, 585km, where I can buy rainbow trout fingerlings. I'm wondering how many I would lose in transit. They are quoting me a delivery fee in a few days.

I'd go with fingerlings, as advanced as you can get them, rather than eggs or fry - much easier to get them through to plate size. If they are in the order of 50-80mm length they should be fine in large bags inflated with pure O2 for perhaps a day if they are kept cool, and not packed too densely. The hatchery should have guidelines as to what is acheivable for transportation over long distances.

Not understanding just what it's like living with SNOW, which I assume from the above graphs, you do, what is the effect on the grow beds.
Would they freeze over night without any circulation..
Just thinking out'loud just how much heat is needed to to keep such a system running..
..
.

The beds wouldn't freeze in a single night. I worry about all the piping and joints that are just pressed together not glued. A few drops of water expanding as it freezes could separate or crack the joints resulting in water loss.
4 years ago it snowed the day after Thanksgiving and we didn't see the ground again until spring. Claims of global warming as the cause. Since I am only 30 miles from the Atlantic Ocean, we have more moisture to deal with than further inland, it is also somewhat milder than the interior because of the warmer ocean temperature. But when it gets cold enough, and the wind is coming off the ocean, we get snow.

I've had cold frames at ground level produce greens all winter long. I just have to brush the snow off before opening the cold frame. Spinach and Kale grew best, but one year I had a banner crop of snow peas.

The effects of the disruption of the jet stream are a bit counter intuitive.
