Haha! I won't. That's great stuff Colours, go for it!

After I harvest my first GP I'm going to post a vid here of me enjoying a plate of Cuy so that those who wish they could go so far can at least experience the whole thing vicariously through me!

Don't forget bacon, Matt. Bacon fixes everything. Unless your in Islam and then you are probably in trouble.

So whats the plan? Breed, grow, eat I suppose. Whats your thoughts on grow out numbers and life expectancy. Man, I need to pop up and visit. Ill be in the goldie this weekend visiting my bro.

I'm with you, the lack of bacon makes it unfeasible.

Islam is the religion, Muslims follow Islam the same way Christians follow Christianity (broad and borderline incorrect but you get my drift).
From memory Indonesia has more Muslims than just about anywhere else, but I remember in a supermarket in Dubai I had to go into a special "ham section" to get bacon etc, and it was behind a screen which reminded me of the old R-rated section in the video store. Same looks as I walked out [FLUSHED FACE]so Dubai works for the story.
Btw my family is Dutch and I'm told that now 13% of the Netherlands follow Islam. Thought that was an interesting figure!

Haha, all good! Good news is, I'm not in Iraq, Indonesia, Dubai, or affiliated with Islam, so bacon sounds flaming brilliant to me!

GPs don't really have any fat on them, a very lean meat, so in the same way you would wrap a rash of bacon around a quail for the same reason I reckon it'd go great around a roasted Cuy.

I'm thinking about building another 2 or 3 grazing tractors Charlie, I'm going to go a little bigger than I originally thought and offload a few to pet stores as barter for chicken and fish feed.

I'll separate males from females after they are 14 days old (including separation from the mother) and put them in grow out tractors on the lawn.
It's all a bit of try and adjust as I go until i get a good system working.

I'm hoping to have them big enough for harvest at 3-5 months old.
