Had a bit of a hail storm hit us today, smashed the plants up a bit.

Bugger, Im not too worried about the plants rather if the car is going to have dents in it when I return to Perth! The trout will be happy tho for those that have them.

Hey Slowboat at least when you chop back the plants they will grow vigorously next week with the warm weather and the nice established roots in your system

it was time to clean some of the parsley and lettuce anyway.

I've had pretty good luck after hailstorms. The plants recover, some better than others though. I didn't see any corn but that's something that might not. This is what happens to corn in a really bad hailstorm
