I know it's too late now, but did you notice that big green worm in the lower left middle of that salad? :dontknow:

Looks like an interesting build. Going to have to review the thread.

Thought I'd share a picture. Dark clouds, yet sunshine. I was standing by the edge of the greenhouse when I took this.

Jay- angels? My daughter guest played for a soccer team one tournament when she was 10-11. The team was coached by a fellow named Harry. So they named them Harry's Angels. Unfortunately, the printer made them Harry's ANGLES.lol

We used to have a smoking patio at my hospital, people used to put praise type graffiti out there. One of the pieces of graffiti said so and so was touched by an Angle here. I always got a bit of a kick out of that.

Nurse: "Ack the patient is going into cardiogenic shock, someone quick get me a 40º angle!"

Doc walks in...

Doctor: "No I believe the patient is more acute than that, I think a 30º angle is more appropriate."

Nurse: "Yes, doctor!"

Nurse picks up a 30º angle and touches it to patient. Patient's vitals begin to stabilize immediately.

Nurse: "Thank heavens you were here doctor, you were exactly correct."

Doctor: "I was just doing my job, we have to thank the lord for our discovery of the healing power of angles. Just think how many people could have been saved for centuries if we would have just recognized the typo sooner."

I was wondering if you knew about the tendancies of redclaw to wander about. Don't leave shoes in the shed and if you do, check before you put your foot in.

Where's you get the redclaw from? US Source?

Just one word of advice... brace your greenhouse for snow. I bought mine from a farm that had them standing for 20 years. 3rd year at my place in it's like a pancake.

I would much rather have an angle than a devil...

Well, to be completely honest....he was dead. Yup, saw him in one spot at night, same spot in the morning. Crap... Must have caught him right away because his eyes weren't cloudy yet. The rest seem to be doing fine, they try to escape on a regular basis. Sneaky suckers

I got them from stick fins in Florida. The greenhouse should be ok. I'm on the shore of Lake Michigan, and we get a ton of snow. I built the greenhouse with 3' sidewalls for a buffer for snow load. I'm sure there will be plenty of effort given to snow removal, but we're up for it.

Here's a picture of the boiler. Pretty sure it's quite a bit older than I am....but it should work well

Some progress. Some of the hoop bracing is up, the greenhouse potion of the racking is up, and I started framing in the rest of the barn.

One of the doors is up, one more to go. We're starting to loose leaves from the trees, so I better get my butt in gear!!

The racking fits pretty good. Plenty of room on all sides. I think the spacing is going to work out well.
