Here we are too, maybe we can help as we spend the last two years doing full time aquaponics in our basement
trying to set up commercial farm in France. And the conclusion is you have to be big, with a perfect system and deep knowledg on every aspect in order to do somethings that MAY get you payback, I mean for commercial operation you MUST be really well prepared you can't simply do it Australian or backyard way - heating will kill "you" and price are really low (Holland is really good in hydroponic) and people don't really like to pay premium price (yes on the paper everyone want quality with environnement friendly but when it come to $$... it's not always the same story...)
