Try a thicker wheel and more separation next time...

"Think more holes and less PVC" was coursing through my thoughts as I was cutting. I told myself to not get too greedy after I messed the first one up. Then Rons words came back to me as I got to the end on the second one...

It is salvageable. Pick up some of the plastic hardware mesh from home despot, and wrap it in it. Or use some of the netting you put around your other growbeds.

All good. I made a third one. Good news, everything is up and operational. I swapped bells to see if they were the issue and the one bed still didn't stop siphoning. That led me right to the drain. I plumbed the drain how I want it and tweaked it a little and it started working like a champ.

With all the heavy lifting done now I can sit back, drink beer, and let the system cycle!

And it begins. Had theses sitting in my other system waiting for their chance to sit in a pipe!

Looks fantastic - what plants are you going to plant first?

The wife and I will look at some plants in the next day or so. Honestly I haven't given it much thought. I'll have to take a look at the website (can't remember the URL right now) to see what to plant this mont in my zone.

The wife has already told me that the ugly garden is mine ( my first one) and this pretty one is hers. Just wait for the first time it has a problem and she needs my help!

@Bui - Theron uses 'Tapatalk' on a smartphone - not sure why they aren't showing for you, or how tapatalk works (internally or externally)?

Can you see this? linked google image

So you had two different SLO heights - did you make a mistake on the height of one?
If sol...I like that you used a tap to control outflow to make the level higher.
