Rhubarb spray is meant to be good for aphids and I have a lot of aphids.

Does anyone know why this spray is meant to have such a short shelf life?

I treat the ants to get rid of the aphids. You're fighting a loosing battle if you do it the other way around.

I imagine since it's a natural product, it breaks down quickly.

Exposure to sunlight?

And if it breaks down really quickly why do they say to not spray it on to edible plants?
