Deep fryers, combi oven, bench refrigeration with top open (I think of it as pizza style fridges?), most plates and cutlery (in good nick), upright service fridge, servery fridge for front of house, a good 3 large bay hot baine, most service equipment was all supplied. Only thing major missing is good processor, grill (being the major component missing) and a sandwich press.

Oh and their are two large (for cafe size anyways) walk in cold rooms. Pretty good setup.
