Now that the system has cycled we planted a verity of seeds in the grow bed. We also transplanted our tomato plant into the system. They won't doing very well in dirt so we are taking a chance to see if they come around.

We currently have 15 goldfish. I know for my system size I will need a lot more, but I want to wait till the temperature goes down in my area and stock some trout for winter.

Does anyone know what water temp fingerling trout need?

You have certainly put a great deal of quality work into this project. I hope I can start on my larger project soon, maybe by winter. Much to plan out, but a greenhouse is part of the plan.

Keep up the great work. Looking forward to more details.

Have you considered posting a YouTube Video?

Take care!

I assume the plant labels are for seeds? If you have no luck with popcycle sticks (texta fading) then try plastic horizontal blinds - they work a treat.

That what they are for, but I like your idea better. Nobody shades will be safe. You just created a serial shade clipper:twisted:

I'm still here. I had some issues with my job. Thought I was going to have to pack up and move to Colorado. Still not sure of that is going to happen or not. So further expansion on the system is on hold until I can see my future.
