So on my trip to Walmart, I picked up a coconut fiber lined cast iron pot.

Has anyone tried this for growbeds?

It's pretty thick and retains moisture in between the fibers, but it water flows pretty fast through the pot liner.

if you fill them cocopeat and had them hung above the fish tank they would look great. I don't know how long they would last though. It would be aesthetically pleasing :)

Paid 5.97 US at Walmart

I have it touching my tank now

We'll see how it goes.

I have two pumps in my tank, one is a charcoal filter pump, and the other is a fountain pump that sprays in a bell shape.

Thinking of how to circulate water through the cocofiber.

Maybe tee off one of your pumps with a little line to the pot and let it just drip back into your tank?

Thats not a bad idea... I have a drip from my pipe work above the fish tank, I could hang a basket under the drip...
