@PLJ, we are in the end of summer kind of. I mean the hear (28-30 C average) lasts until mid September at the most. I am going to check out my fish tomorrow and I will definitely take some pictures to upload. Maybe I am over reacting to what I have seen, might just be normal shaped fish.

Thanks everyone.

Looks nothing like mine, I have black ones and white ones and some with orange spots! Seems like there are lot off fish come under the name off goldfish? Mine seem to eat a lot more now though, now that they are getting used to the new tank and warmer weather, 20c in ft and 18c in st today, cant wait to get my barra!

No I have a mix variety, there all called goldfish, well they were sold to me as goldfish, I just asked for a mixture, they were all $3.50 each, five different types of fish under the same name as goldfish! It was and is an experiment to see what type of fish would suit my system? Apparently all off them do, even the Marion in the sump tank? I must be doing something right?

Well I checked them out today and this still have fat bellies, similar to the photo you posted Slowboat.

Here are a couple of pics, really bad quality but I have no idea who I am supposed to have them stand still while I take a picture... lol

They are nice looking fish, Kij2. Some of them definitely look ripe with eggs. Male Goldfish typically develop nuptial tubercles on their gills when they are in spawning mode. Have a close look and you may see them. They look like small, white pimples.

Thanks PLJ. I hope I don't get any baby fish anytime soon, my system I think is overstocked, my Nitrates are around 60 ppm, worried I might be getting up there.
