Thought I would start a thread here to get some input, ask questions, and help give ideas to people building there own systems.

---The system--

X2 410gal fish tanks

X1 swirl filter or radial flow 55gal
X1 bio filter with aerator/Venturi 55gal
X1 de-gassing tank 55gal

X1 4'x47' DWC grow bed 1,406gals
X2 1' pipe filled with media @ 1/2 full with no media they will hold 132gals a piece ( Empty's by Bell valve)

X1 300-400 gallon sump tank.
X1 2000GPH pump in sump tank

I have the fish tanks and filter tanks, still trying to find sump tank. Found a 510gal pressure cleaning tank never used for $400. It's going to be put almost underground. Looking for one of those 400gal water tanks, there usually green or black.

I'll post some pics of my progress and plans drawn out.

You can see the beginning of my soil garden but to the left you can see the concrete pad I'll be using!

Now you can see the vision! Got the tanks in place. I'm going to build a stand for them, raise them up about 12" or so.

New design. After having it all laid out, I though I could do better? You can see from pictures where the water flows.

The radial flow and the bio filter waste will empty into the bio digester. (NOT IN PICTURE)

You can see I have the pipe supplying the grow beds goes through the bio digester. It more or less goes over the bio digester. NOT THROUGH IT. The supply pipe will have a Venturi device on it over top of the bio Digester with a value you can turn on and pull out the nutrient filled liquid. Kinda how they do it in hydroponics.

Which design do you think is better?
