You could try what Gunagulla and Gabe are doing with Blood and Bone meal as a supplement. That should give you the majors and a fair amount of the minors. Gabe is using it at 10g/m3 of grow bed. I haven't heard back on how much Gunagulla is using but hopefully soon. Neither of these guys has had any troubles with using this when the fish are off the feed but Keep your eyes on the ammonia levels since the protein in blood could break down into ammonia. Gabe says in the other thread. My interpretation is that he is sprinkling it on the grow bed media where it is washed in by rain or falls though into the water below.

Never tried as mine are always low

Time is the first thing
removal of buffering material - you could have limeish rocks
then certain types of acid is the suggested thing - ask someone about this (is it hydrochloric?)

I'd just leave it, your pH is fine, it will probably come down even further as time goes on but at 6.8 to 7.2 it's at a pretty good spot.
