I'm starting the build on my second system. My first has been running for less than a month. The results so far have been very encouraging.

I've noticed every one seems to start a system thread. I'll start posting on both system.

I've got tons of alligator stories. I worked in the swamps and bayous from air boats for years. One day when I've got free time, I'll write up one of the many adventures.

Welcome Cajunchef! I tried alligator once, it did not taste like chicken. Really rather ammonia like.

Tastes more like seafood than chicken.
