Hey everybody. I have been lurking for awhile and finally decided to post. I plan on setting up a larger system to feed my family and also make some side money. I am thinking of a greenhouse with supplemental LED lighting, or going completely indoor and convert my garage into my mini farm which would include mini split water chiller uv light and c02 if needed. I am not sure what would be best, but my experience is with indoor soil and DWC hydroponics. I was leaning towards indoors because of atmosphere and lighting, but figured I could also take care of those concerns in the greenhouse. I am not sure what would be ideal since are summers here are 115+ and winter nights below 50. Can somebody please help me out with some opinions?

Sounds like you dont get freezes where you are so I am jealous for a start. We do get the summer temps that you do though. I have a greenhouse to grow stuff through our winters and extend the season for tomatoes and such. Also have a hoophouse covered with 70% shadecloth that grows stuff all year round and protects plants in the summer
