Hello all!
Just wanted to give a quick intro and question
Trying to get a commercial system started here in Florida. I wanted to know when it comes to a greenhouse, what flooring should be used? I looked into having cement poured and that would be nearly 75K! There must be a cheaper option that would still be acceptable for the system and keeping the good in and the bad out.

Seriously.... 75K is a lot of money, I'd just use builders plastic covered in some type of inert gravel.

Or

You could lay down chicken wire and grow grass put in few table rabbits and some hutches and let nature take it's course. Rabbits are yummy and when you have waste leaves and such from the growbeds, just chuck em on the floor of the greenhouse and give your rabbits a treat.

I agree with telonline I think gravel would be the best way to go. I just put that down in my greenhouse (16.5x12) and it only cost me 50 bucks for 4 tons of a number 57 gravel. And depending on where your from if you have to worry about the temps at night the sun will heat up the gravel during the day and should hold heat and radiate out into the greenhouse at night. At least that's my theory.
