I very much doubt you will get PVC drum barrels, what you are after are HDPE or LDPE barrels.
Hopefully one of the members from your part of the country will be able to help. :)

I use ebay just search for 200 litre plastic drum You should pick them up for about 20 - 25 each. If you want some IBC's I can help you.
