Hi all I thought I would show my progress on how the plants are going the bok choy in front looked terrible a week ago got attacked by caterpillars treated with Dipel and now they growing like there on steroids lol
I am so pleased how everything is going considering I couldn't grow in soil I would forget to water and fert
I would like to thank everyone that has guided me along the way it means a lot to me I still got lots to learn but I no I have this great forum to learn from Kind regards Rod

The viability of store bought seedlings can vary tremendously. As you get more addicted, you will likely want to start your plants from seed. That way, if a particular plant does not do well, it is no big deal, you will have more to put in it's place. Then when you start saving seeds, those seeds will be from proven ap winners.

Thanks guys I hear ya I have just started to do that I put some seeds in trays the other day and used AP water I could not believe it two days and they were sprouted I can't believe the growth rate already eating micro greens

Great growth on the veg and looking very healthy. Water quality is looking good too hence the trout are hungry. All going well rod

Built the feed up to 3tablespoons a day now one and a half in the morning and again at night
There's a lot more solids in tank so I'm taking that out so I don't get ammonia to high and have added worms

Plants are going well and tasting awesome the Bok Choi are over the big size i thought
they would be bitter but they taste great
