Not a problem champ, just brew it up and send it this way

don't brew beer then, cider is nice or ginger beer, there are SO many recipes out there for almost anything. gotta say last years lemon wine is perfection especially now that we're getting frost over here

did my first spiced rum last week,

1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
3 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick, broken into pieces
5 whole allspice berries
5 whole black peppercorns
1/2 piece star anise
1/8 tsp fresh-grated nutmeg
3 quarter-size pieces fresh ginger
2 3-inch strips fresh orange zest, white pith removed
added to 700ml of rum,

I added it to two bottles of my home brewed rum and left it for two days giving it a mix every 12 hours the strained off one bottle another two days and strained off the second to check the difference, the flavor was a bit sweet on both with coke but was great with coke zero and a piece of lime, I think next time i will add more ginger and pepper and see how it goes maybe less vanilla and star anise.

Homebrewers are everywhere! Its been a while since Ive made some wine or beer but I have set up an infusion this past month. More like a fortified wine. The French started this ol bit. Vin D'orange. I used Blood Oranges before they were out of season.

1 bottle Rose, 4 Bottles Chard, vodka, blood oranges, 2 lemons, vanilla bean, sugar.

I've just tried my first San Miguel "Red Horse Beer" 6.9% alc./vol. A very nice beer and not over powering with the higher alcoholic content, very pleasant indeed.

I've been to the Philippine many times and always drunk San Miguel beer but never their Red Horse.

At $80.00 AUD. a slab of 24 x 330 ml. bottles it would need to be good.

Don't worry about the smaller bottles, the kick in this beer makes them feel a lot bigger, and with the price of normal beer @ $40.00 a slab this stuff is better value for the BBQ.

Charlie it's not the strongest I've drunk, some of those Grappa's were pretty high.

Underberg is one of the strongest drinks I have drunk and always keep a couple of little bottles in stock on the bar.

It's currently 44% alc./vol., but back in the 70's when I first tried it, it was sold at 88% alc./vol.

A few years ago in some of the Sydney hotels were selling it from a 12 gauge shotgun cartridge belt hanging on the wall and drunk from liqueur glasses at the bar.

It's advertised as for digestion but I don't know of anyone drinking it for that purpose, it's an instant hit of alcohol and is used for turning a hangover around in a flash.

Spent an enjoyable afternoon at "The Mash" Micro brewery in Bunbury on Sunday with a group of friends. We all had a great lunch, plenty of leftovers, kids all had good meals, and the owner shouted us a round.

Felt like an easy afternoon, so put down a few Lawncutter Ales. Went down a treat!

I love this beer. So much because of the taste but i gotta deal with the belly.

Many, many, many years ago (March 2007 to be exact) I received a bottle of Dimple in the mail. From a male.

Anyhoo, the six mods at the time would sit at our pooters, drink Dimple, talk rubbish, and ban spammers

I FINALLY finished that bottle tonight (not a big spirits drinker).

and now I am drinking Steve's homemade scotch. Big difference
