I'm wondering about ceylon spinach (malabar) mine show defiency of some sort that could be interpreted as iron. Think its supposed to be high in iron from a dietary point of view, though don't know for certain. I'll take some pics.....

what about basil or kale? For me those are two of the plants that show deficiencies before the rest. I have also heard collard greens are good indicator plants as well. Maybe someone on the forum can confirm as I do not have evidence to back it up.
