Hey JT,

What's the best way to get the Chinese Five Stars and others sprouting? Tried a few so far with no luck. Thoughts?

Hey, JT.
Just caught up on this thread. Spectacular work as always. :thumbleft: :thumbright:

There are a few places back a few pages where your pictures aren't showing. Like posts on p. 67, p. 68,
p. 71.

How is the vanilla plant, and the moringa trees (so jealous of moringa!).

I figured it out JT, in reality you are physically a really tiny person, and that is what makes everything look so big.
On second thought, it is probably the fact that you are the Chuck Norris of AP.

Impressive build JT!

I am new to the forums & actually new to AP, though we have been organic gardeners forever and have a number of bee hives to help that along.

I have enjoyed this thread very much, especially since I am actually designing my AP project which I hope to begin on sometime mid-late June...I have to wait till we close on the property we are buying now.

I do have a question for JT or anyone really -

Have you tried adding a radiant solar coil under or around your ST or FT to maintain temp in the winter?

Have you considered using either a concrete or vermiculite/portland base under the ST liner to help maintain a better thermal buffer?

After reading through this and a few other threads, I will have to see about posting my progress as I begin my journey - the feedback from others is thought provoking to say the least.

Just read about a NEW commercial aquaponics company opening right here in my town....

needless to say..... the success rate for commercial systems is not very high, so will
be interesting to see how this all works out
