ended up pulling it up, just wasn't doing anything while everything else was going crazy, now have a sugarbeet that is about the size of a rockmellon above the media level.
3 week old tomatoes that are 2 foot tall and scored some sugarcane from a mate which is going mental

Impressive growth. Eating sugar cane raw was something I loved to do as a kid. Hard on the teeth but well worth it.

I think it is probably still a young plant Stu.
When I was a kid the sugar cane fields in Zululand were awesome as it grows about 6ft tall and when you're a kid that feels like you're in an alien world.

Well we are officially on the move, only problem is that we can't move into the 'new' place till a week after we have to be out of the 'old' place so looks like i'm going to have to move house twice in a fortnight :cheers: .
Oh the joys...

here is the new greenhouse. not exactly a greenhouse yet but need re sheeting anyway so might as well make it somthing i will use.

the hybrid beds i used 1/3 hydroton 2/3 soil separated with a few layers of shadecloth but the water level is below the soil level and wicks up into the soil.

yeah we bought 17 acres, the shed was a stable at one point but is currently their storage, if i remember correctly it's about 8x25m on the flat section, then 3x8m terraced down the hill
it will definitely be a big project but the idea is man cave / AP. might end up just AP though we shall see.
