Love your set up, backing up to the bush.

Saw a cooking show yesterday that visited the Buderim Ginger Factory and saw the mountains in the background.

Would love to visit next time we pop over to see relo's (live at base of Mt Beerwah).

Yep this can certainly be done if you can find a local excavation project where they need to get rid of some clay, you may be able to get it dumped on your place at low cost. Then get a machine in to spread it around your "hole in the ground" and compact it by driving over it. 6 inches would do the job.

A dam/ pond liner is another option.

Thanks katib, our climate makes it a bit easier (well some times anyway) and there's not much the missus doesn't know about plants.
