DB ... oops slight typo (will edit) Iraq has 57% (not 75%) of worlds oil reserves.....

Persian Gulf as a whole supplies about 35% of worlds supply.

So rereading... I'll stand corrected again... the Persian Gulf has 57% of the worlds oil reserves.

Got that figure initially from another article, which obviously wasn't entirely correct either....
