Just read the entire thread. Great job and thanks for sharing. Question on the lemon tree and other trees you had. How did they end up? Did you keep them going through all the storms and upgrades?

the lemon trees, no, they died a long time ago. the mulberry cuttings were transplanted out to wicking beds a few years ago.

at the moment the place is a jungle and in dire need of cleaning up

at the moment there is a Sweetleaf tree/bush that is doing very well. Every few months I snap off about about a cubic metre of leaves and branches and give them to the chooks and the thing just keeps getting bigger.


that's the only tree in there now
