Ok so I've gone around and around with my system. I have a 300 gallon rubber maid tank that's feeding water into two 32 square foot grow beds. Initially my system was exposed To the elements but within the last two weeks I've built a green house to enclose it all. My plants are thriving whilst my fish are dying. I have gone through several rounds of new fish and am now trying hybrid bluegill. I put 15 of them in last Monday and now a week later I'm starting to see little white spots on them. I'm starting to think that it's best that I just remove the water and then start over again. I say this because there has been a large amount of rain water that got into my system previously. Also I think that something funky may have gotten into the water. I have a constant ph of around 6.2-6.5. I'd like it to be higher around 6.9-7.0 but it's not happening. This is where I'm at so it's the only thing that I can think of to save my fish. I have a decholrinator so that won't be a problem. This is very frustrating to me and I'm really trying to figure out what could be going wrong. So like I said I'm at the last rope with just pulling all the water out, cleaning the tank, and starting over.

Prior to doing this though I was thinking of adding salt to help the fish and then getting shell grit/oyster shells to help with calcium. Any ideas would be totally helpful.

Oh yes I've ruled out dissolved oxygen as a problem as I've got an air pump and six air stones in my tank. I appreciate all the help/guidance!!!
