I am starting this system cause it seems the only things that wants to grow here are spinach and tomato's so the other two systems I am starting to convert to flouting raft systems for the spinach and this one I am only doing tomato's in so this is my progress since last week.

This is the place for it.

Nice looking setup.

My quick question. Does it get much light by the side of the house? They'll usually need 6-8 hours of direct sunlight a day. Otherwise they'll get leggy and won't be as productive.

Looks good, add some media right up to maybe 20mm from the top to maximise your filtration.

Got the one side going and took some gravel from the established grow bed and put a hand full in each one to help establish bacteria faster.
