Considering your EMD (evasive maneuvers in the dark) one can now come to the conclusion you must be a true consultant. A lot of BS and no fundamental knowledge whatsoever. I leave you with your quoting of the leftovers of truly interesting and meaningful people. That's probably as far you ever get.

So all of that BS aside, are you going to share the Agenda with me or not?

Apparently you know as much about the witch hunts as you know about the issue that is at stake here.

No, I just don't see the need to be nasty, but everyone's different I suppose.

It's not a matter of being nasty, think about the people that are going to be a victim of these kind of practices...... But then, maybe some people just don't care, everyone is different.

Paul, if there are going to be any victims as result of Vijay's activities they are going to be Indian farmers from his local area, very few of whom, if any, are going to be reading your posts here. It's been a few months now, with quite possibly hundreds of posts on the topic and you still haven't come to the realisation that he is going to do what he's intent doing, with or without your blessing... why give yourself an ulcer over it?... In fact, maybe we should be helping him!... especially if it's going to take aquaponics to a section of the community that could benefit from it more than most.

...and Vijay, while I believe you are still not up to speed with all the intricacies of aquaponics, you are certainly a lot further down the road than you were when you started here, and some of your local farmers now have a basic understanding of the concept of aquaponics. I'm quite sure (well I hope) none of them are going to rush out and invest their life savings on an aquaponic system after attending your workshop, but at least now they have an idea where to start. I would imagine most will start small, learn from the school of hard knocks and maybe even innovate along the way... after all, necessity is the mother of invention.

I would imagine in a community such as yours Vijay, that personal reputation is something that is highly regarded... and can be permanently tarnished very quickly... So IMO you need to under promise and over deliver in your aquaponic teachings. Don't put yourself out there as an expert, at least not until you have a few years successful aquaponics operation under your belt, and the experience of the trials and tribulations that will come along with that. Rather, use the facilities you have at your disposal to share, discuss and disseminate information on aquaponics to the local farmers... all the while remembering everyone has the right to make an honest living.

Mr. Damage, indeed wise words and I couldn't argue about them. Chapeau for that.

In the spirit of "give them enough rope,......." I rest my case.

I'm not hunting witches, I am just seeing if this is something our non-profit can replicate. Our goal is to give people enough info to decide if it is right for them and if it is send them in the right direction. Just looking to compare notes, geesh. I have mainly lurked for the last 10 months.....I guess I had better go back to my dark shadowy corner where you don't get accused of burning people at the stake for asking a question.

Thank you so much, Mr. D. These words... your thoughtful support and gesture since our beginning at BYAP has been invaluable to us. All points noted... It'll take some time for a small team like ours but we're on it for sure and we won't let the AP community down, we promise.
