I'm sure there was a thread about syphoning to a higher level a while back... but sooner or later you will need to come back to Stuart's suggestion above ;)

I'd recommend just going with a pump too :)

Thank you both, i know that i need a pump but do i pump it threw a pipe up to the other pond i know this is a basic question but iam new to this a video or link to old post would help couldnt find it not that good at computers

What height between ponds, length between pumps, depth of pond and volume of water. bottom pump will require a non return valve at start of run to stop water running back when pump is off.

I changed water from my indoor tilapia to my outdoor catfish pond with a bucket.. it is not fun at all haha
