Given how my smaller 100 gallon system is working so amazingly. I've finally started designing the first 1000 gallon system to go into the greenhouse. I'll be building at least six of these systems in the next year or two.

I'll post the CAD design when I get it finished.

Well here are the first set of images for the rough design. I'm making 2ft x 3 ft grow beds that way if I have any sort of structural failure in a grow bed I won't have to rebuild huge sections each one will be easily replaceable. The fish tank will hold approximately 1000 gallons and the sump will have the same capacity. I am hoping to raise crawdads or prawns in the sump. I already have a pump that will be perfect for this. I'm working on planning out the plumbing and soon the beds and tanks will be hollowed out to show how I plan on doing the plumbing in the tanks. So far the plan is for a single pump pumping the water from the sump to the fish tank and then gravity will supply the grow beds.

If anyone has any questions please ask I'll be glad to answer what I can.

in my experience plumbing to lots of individual grow beds is a pain in the ass.

I would make 2 big GB's that way you only have to control 2 flows.

Otherwise it looks good.

I'm actually going to run one long drip irrigation pipe down both sides for flooding and then run Bell siphons to drain.

Don't use drip irrigators in AP... they block almost instantly...
