Hope to finish sump tank by the end of week, greenhouse to house aquaponics system. Reason the project rather slow ,friend of mine who is a handyman has the Angle grinder, electric saws etc. So I employ him to work on topes ,simply not worth buying tools ,we both work on system ,creates a good learning curve . .sorry about double photograph.

Made sides for Sub Tank ,used saddle clips find they are easy to work with enables you to adjust ,rather than using Bolts, at least I can get i the frame square :?:  Saddle clips are 15 mn,saves drillin the metal bars which I found tough going.

I tied with string to pull in insulation material, then used polythene to cover, also water proof tape .bit of a struggle fixing into tank casing but I got there. .The next job is to make good top ,I will use clamps to pull tank in to sides. then secure by bolting to wooden sides. .The material I used was Space Save as seen in picture ,good material for the job.

Yoda am I that s because ,I've spent a long time on this project ,at least the tank is finished .going to make a lot of space for me to work ,next project ,finish grow beds ,then work on fish tank ,the fish tank I shall install in workshop by extending workshop can protect fish tank from bad weather conserve heat and cost ,giving greater control on out side weather conditions .I was looking on You Tube ,heating greenhouses one person controlled heat from a building attached to greenhouse ,building being well insulated ,the heat from gas heater transferred via tube to greenhouse by small fan ,seems a good idea keep ,propane tank in workshop for safety  reference

reference to build ,uses saddle clips 15 ml to fasten, facia top of totes used 1/4 1" inch wood 1/4 by 2 2inch .I found easier to paint facia before fixing ,inside saves cutting in ,saves time , :wave1: When insulating I managed to find a product called space blanket ,was able to wrap round tope secure with tape .also polythene membrane ,helped to slip tote into iron frame ,then secure the sides with set screws When making grow beds I did not insulate ,when I do I can take off facia boards and add insulation ,haven't found suitable material as yet. ,any idea's ? ,I thought about very polyurethane ,but I don't like the fire risk ,thinking about stone substance slate ? ,reason being to hold warmth .but is that a good idea for grow beds? may be wooden facia will suffice .I wonder ? :dontknow:
