Charlie,i remember back in your thread you have no success with Basil,if you want PM me a address i have some sweet basil {Thai Basil} and Hoary Basil seeds, they are really strong plants growing like mint for me,if you like i will put some in the post for you. The Thai Basil sends up a scent as you brush past it so much so i keep rubbing my hand over the plant, when i clip the tips out the smell is fantastic lingers on your hands for ages, both are really strong in dishes.
Just spreading the love…. :thumbright:

I missed your post dasboot, thankyou I might take you up on that.

Tommie's are really starting to produce now and a little extra effort day to day is proving to be quite rewarding. These are definately the best tomatoes I have grown and eaten to date, so juicy and full of flavour.

Looks great Charlie, do you put the growth down to an aged system or your impressive pruning skills?

Cheers peeps.

I think my pruning skills are developing thanks skeggley, not sure if they are impressive yet. Indeterminate varieties will just keep on giving if treated well. Ive got tomato fever this year and cant get enough :)

Looking good Charlie!... :headbang: ...I'm jealous, I was too busy and was late getting my veg patch ready for the Spring planting, my first planting of corn only started flowering about a week back.
