so I made a test video of one of many ways I plan to share my favourite Blue barrel stencil.

the video doesn't show that the best thing to do is glue it all on some cardboard (or what ever you plan to make the stencil from) then cut out.

As it is only worth making a stencil if you plan to use it lots I a have another way to find a curve for the barrel. it doesn't have the slight mods from my favourite one that hug grab and relax the barrel in such a way that allowed me to make the bed stands from one barrel 7cm higher for the system in the picture below, but it was they way I did it before the stencil.

I like to pretend that I'm drilling all of these for my system. It makes drilling 25000 holes more fun

Just on a few so I would have a number multiply by 177 (the number of media guards) there was 25000 holes give or take 700

If you had only one blue barrel, which way would you recommend to cut. Two long halves, or two shorter round halves.
