Well tonight was very exciting...

Todays the day we took a dozen of my trout to be cooked by the chef at Eyenesbury golf course.

I had no idea they were putting them on the menu.
All i knew was the chef was cooking them up for us and i thought a couple of extras for the staff.

We did chat with a group that ordered the trout and they had very high praise for the fish. They were totally amazed when we told them they were still alive at 4:50pm in MY backyard.

What a fantastic night!!

WOOHOO.... We had the power out for a few hours!!!
And the battery backed up 12v aerator kept oxygen in my system and it was SILENT!!.... PERFECT!!

it started off as a hobby page on facebook and people showed interest in what i was doing and my new aerator so i thought i'd register as a business... i don't know what doors may open in the future so i'd rather be a little it organised
