Hi there forum members,

As I am new here, although a long time lurker, I thought I would post a few pix of my pond system which has merrily been doing its thing for about a year now.The pond itself is 2000 ltrs with 4 growbeds at the moment although a few more are in the pipeline after my 12 year old son sets up his own system and we have a big reshuffle of grow beds. All of the grow beds are of the ebb and flow type with a 20 min cycle,so lots of water going through. The fish in there at the moment are young Koi and a few small silver perch,I had 50 silvers in before, they are now freezer residents. I will be changing things around as I said so will keep posting the changes as they happen, which I an sorry to say will be slow as I am a CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) sufferer so have to take my time.all I can say is that Aquaponics is good for the soul , mind and stomach

I will do a much more indepth description soon if anyone is interested as my son wants to also make a youtube video of how it all works, its great that he has an interest in it all.He is building his system out of a 300 ltr aquarium so I am sure he will post his progress here.

Looking good. Pond systems are so easy to set up and are great. My small pond is supplying us with an abundance of herbs

Welcome to the forum and hope you can overcome your malady :wave1:
