got 4 more to go then maybe take down an old tree for some more space :)

if everyone would try wicking beds, they wouldnt go back to traditional dirt gardening.....

but so many people are clueless.. :)

anyway here is the 8th wicking bed ready to plant out

already have plants in flats ready to transplant

Is there a layer of gravel underneath the sand, or is just sand sufficient?

I just used coarse river sand in mine.
