Going to try this recipe from a mate:

stuffing of garlic,onion, zucchini, capsicum, and old bread - just whack them in the oven.
But might put leeks and parsley from the garden - also some thyme and salt and pepper.
Side salad of cucumber, tomato, onions, corriander, parsley, cos lettuce. and maybe some wilted spinach.
