Yea i know of amazing amazon.
If i remember correctly, they are way expensive for things like that, like most aquariums.

That's a bugger - he said they have Murray Cod and even barra, 2 I am interested in for my new system. He said prices are good, but I don't have details on what that means.

Maybe that's why they put 'Call for Price' on the site...

Not sure about the call thing, but generally in aquariums murray cod go from $5 -$15.
Try glenwaters, i havent bought off them yet, but thier prices are great, they have fish earlier than aquablue (where i have bought all my other fish, cept trout), im not sure on what they can do as far as postage goes.
luckily for me glenwaters go to dandenong on occasions, so i will try meeting them there when i buy.

They do basically everything except barra and trout.

Okay, so after adding a measley 27ml of Charlie Carp to my 450l system the only change has been an increase in nh3/nh4 from 1.0 to 2.0. Will add some urea tomorrow and see how that goes.

Don't add any urea... an ammonia level of 1-2 is sufficient for cycling.....

Well...after a month my plants are growing (they started to yellow a bit yesterday) but I dont have bacteria yet *wahhh* I ordered some SP from Trout Man who is delivering next weekend but it looks like I may have to cancel. Testing today showed the first drop in ammonia levels but the only other change was nitrates (its a bit hard to tell since my colour chart goes from 0 to 5 ppm...I think it was a bit darker yellow than the 0), but I thought I would see an increase in nitrite before the nitrate changed????

Anyway...short of a media donation/transplant I dont think I will be getting my fish next weekend :( Any thoughts/suggestions?

NO3: 0-1
PH: 7.6
NH3/NH4: 2
NO2: 0

Thanks guys

Yep the cool temps are slowing the process.
Perhaps a small water change, aerate, add some salt and cut back your fish quantity.
Do you have an aerator for the fish transport?
