And in that discussion sleepe said people should rather use Seasol to cycle than Charlie Carp so I thought you supported his viewpoint.

I am sure Amanda is enjoying us making such a mess of her thread.

Oh sorry, no just that cycled means that ammonia and nitrites have to be 0 before the bacteria "are handling everything you throw at them", not just ammonia.

No I didn't. (with an indignant smilie after it)

How come everyone fails to read my posts correctly, I try to make them as short as possible. :)

I haven't had horizontal arms in the GB but I wondered if they might be affecting things. Good job!

Can't recall without going back if you now have fish or not but now's the time to kick back and let things settle in. Take your water readings so you know what is happening and let nature do it's thing.

That's a bugger - he said they have Murray Cod and even barra, 2 I am interested in for my new system. He said prices are good, but I don't have details on what that means.

Maybe that's why they put 'Call for Price' on the site...

I assume fishless cycling? unfortunately I would have to look Charlie Carp up; I have always used urine or urea and seasol.

Sleepe, I assume you meant then that you use the urine/urea for cycling and the seasol for plant nutrients?

Regards, Martin.
