I'm not seeing any condensation like I would expect. How are you circulating the air in those tunnels Francois?

Hi Scotty
I only have the plastic on the sides of the tunnel to above plant height.....hectic wind here in the windy city..
the rest of the small tunnel is now in summer covered with white shade cloth and the 2 ends are virtually open

I picked some of the lettuce yesterday and again this afternoon...space for celery. The lettuces still young not fully grown but they grow the rafts full...

How did you get the seeds to germinate? Or transplant them to between the strips of foam?

with a fine spray I spray the seed into a 45 degrees i cut into the two pieces of polystirene.....
the seeds will start from there I keep the 2 pieces of poly together with tooth pegs
water every other day and this is what you get
